Whether you’re overwhelmed, tired of the same old fight, or not even sure therapy is for you. Just come in. It really can be that easy.

Step 2: Book a same-day or next-day session (please bear with us as we grow the collective for this to happen to fruition).

Step 3: Just show up as you are

Join our online platform in your sweatpants or your best dress for your 50 or 30 minute session. We’re real humans around here and won’t be twiddling our pens and looking at you over our glasses while you share what’s going on.

Step 4: Come up with a plan

If confiding in someone today is all you need - great - we’re here if you need us again. Or, we can refer you to one of our carefully chosen therapists who has openings. Let us do the “wild goose chasing” for you because your life is stressful enough! We can navigate the system.
